Tomas Franc
Lead Sales Solutions Architect at Lokalise
Tomas Franc is the Lead Sales Solutions Architect at Lokalise, where he designs tailored localization processes. He has 25+ years of experience in the localization industry.
Tomas has designed and implemented truly agile localization processes for the biggest technology brands, such as Sony Ericsson and a fintech British company widely known for its online banking app, among others. In addition, Tomas is the LocWorld Process Innovation Challenge 2017 winner and occasional LocWorld conference speaker. He helps customers to identify their localization needs and designs "state-of-the-art" localization processes, automated workflows, and integrations.
Mike Pilawski
Chief Product Officer at Lokalise
Mike Pilawski is the Chief Product Officer at Lokalise, where he leads Growth, Product, Data, and Design. Before joining Lokalise, Mike was a CPTO at Smallpdf, a PLG productivity toolkit that over 50 million MAUs enjoyed. Mike was also a COO at Typeform, overseeing Marketing, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Data and Machine Learning.

Mike led different combinations of Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams at mobile advertising scale-ups Nativex, Vungle (Liftoff), and at marketing-automation platform Leanplum (part of CleverTap).

Mike started his career at Nokia, where he crafted his skills in Product Management, Growth and Mergers and Acquisitions.
